1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your phone number (for WhatsApp code login), subscription and payment records (plan, status, card brand and last four digits), and login-session data (browser type and IP address, for security).

2. Payments

Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider, Moyasar. Your full card number never touches our servers; we keep only a payment token and the last four digits, to show you and to renew your subscription.

3. How we use it

We use your data to operate your account, subscription, and streaming, to improve the service, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors that run the service: Moyasar (payments), WhatsApp (verification codes), and Cloudflare (hosting).

4. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may access, correct, and request deletion of your data. To delete your account and data, email[email protected] — we will action the request within a reasonable period, retaining only the payment records the law requires.

5. Retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with providers meeting industry-standard security. Login codes are short-lived and stored hashed.
