1. The service

sanime.tv is a subscription anime streaming service. Browsing the catalog is open to everyone; streaming requires an account and an active subscription. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Sign-up uses your phone number, verified over WhatsApp. You are responsible for the security of your device and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use; sharing accounts or stream links is not permitted.

3. Subscription & billing

Plans are monthly (SAR 9.99) or yearly (SAR 99.99), inclusive of VAT where applicable. You are charged immediately when you subscribe, via our payment provider Moyasar. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using your saved payment method unless you cancel before the period ends.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started, except where the service has a material defect we cannot fix, or where Saudi e-commerce regulations require otherwise. 5. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails we retry several times and give you a short grace period. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled automatically. You can update your payment method from the account page.

6. Content & acceptable use

Content is licensed for personal viewing through the service only. Recording, redistributing, circumventing stream protection, or accessing the service with automated tools is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Changes

We may change prices or these terms; we will notify you before a price change applies to your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
